Last year, we shared our mulled cider recipe and it was a hit. This year, we decided to take a spin on the recipe and create something we feel also embodies the essence of southern charm. Celestine’s Holiday Mulled Cider Tea Recipe
Ingredients:
1 Gallon Fresh Brewed Black/Herbal Tea
3 Sliced Granny Smith Apples
1 Sliced Orange with Peel
1/2 Cup Fresh Cranberries
1 Tablespoon All Spices Berries
4 Cinnamon Sticks
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Rosemary Sprig
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a large pot over medium-high heat.
Bring to a low boil, stirring regularly.
Turn heat down and simmer for at least 1 hour. Stir occasionally.
(Optional: Spike if you're so inclined).
Strain into mugs, garnish with fresh cranberries, dehydrated orand slices, rosemary and/or cinnamon if desired, and serve warm.
