We are a small, high-standard team, and every role plays an essential part in shaping the guest experience. If you're looking for something purely transactional, this may not be the right fit. But if you take pride in creating beautiful spaces, caring for others, and being part of something thoughtful and growing, you may feel very at home here.

Our team structure:
Our team is intentionally small and cross-trained. We operate as a Guest Experience Team, where each member contributes to different aspects of the guest experience, depending on the day. This allows us to maintain a seamless, thoughtful environment where every detail is cared for.

Compensation is structured to grow with experience and contribution, beginning at $15/hour with additional earnings through events and expanded responsibilities.

Areas of contribution:
  • Guest Experience & Arrival: Preparing rooms, welcoming guests, and ensuring each stay feels thoughtful and seamless
  • Culinary & Breakfast Service: Providing breakfast service including light culinary preparation and presentation
  • Room Preparation & Care: Maintaining cleanliness, beauty, and readiness of all spaces
  • Events & Experiences: Supporting intimate gatherings, brunches, and curated experiences
